Intuit has recently announced the decision to discontinue QuickBooks Point-of-Sale. Effective immediately, there will be no new sales of this software. However, new users can be added to existing POS systems through October 2, 2023.

Our economy has had quite the journey the last few years, and for many professionals that may have entered the workforce during Covid-19 shutdowns, travel might be a newer part of the job description. In this video, we describe how to go over automatic (or as automatic as possible) invoice reminders for your customers using QuickBooks Desktop. There’s a bit of nuance, but once completed, the software will draft the invoice reminders for you and remind you to send them.

Automated Invoice reminder emails are set up differently in QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Advanced, and QuickBooks Desktop. These videos go through the two different avenues to send automated reminders to your customer when their payment is due on the QuickBooks Online platform.
