Based in North Carolina and serving clients nationwide, she combines deep technical expertise with a passion for process improvement and strategic growth planning.

Founded in 2012, Certum began with a simple observation. Businesses were losing money, time, and opportunities; not because of bad ideas, but because of poor visibility and inefficient systems. Bookkeepers often lacked the depth to provide actionable insights. Consultants sometimes offered solutions that created more complexity. Business software was powerful, but underutilized. Founders and teams felt stuck in the weeds, constantly putting out fires rather than driving growth. We decided to change that. Certum Solutions is framed to bridge the gap between financial clarity, operational efficiency, and business technology solutions. From day one, our approach has been people-first; understanding each business, industry, and goal before recommending solutions.
Certum Solutions exists because growing businesses kept hitting the same wall: chaos in the books, disconnected systems, and no one person accountable for turning that into a decision they could trust. So we built a firm that owns the whole arc; chaos to clean close, disconnected tools to connected systems, guesswork to confident decisions instead of just one piece of it.
