Our Journey
Certum Solutions was founded in 2012 and began with a simple observation. Businesses were losing money, time, and opportunities; not because of bad ideas, but because of poor visibility and inefficient systems. Bookkeepers often lacked the depth to provide actionable insights. Consultants sometimes offered solutions that created more complexity. Business software was powerful, but underutilized. Founders and teams felt stuck in the weeds, constantly putting out fires rather than driving growth. We decided to change that. Certum Solutions is framed to bridge the gap between financial clarity, operational efficiency, and business technology solutions. From day one, our approach has been people-first; understanding each business, industry, and goal before recommending solutions.
