The Intuit license starts at approximately $2,210/year for a single-user Gold plan and scales based on user count and feature tier — Platinum and Diamond plans with payroll and advanced features run $2,700–$5,400+/year depending on users. Pricing changes often and what is shown is what is listed publicly at the time this page was published. Certum's implementation fees are fixed-price and scoped before any work begins. A standard setup with basic configuration and/or training starts around $3,500.
